Initiate Your Request
Log into your Animato account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Return
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
